Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries.
How much does it cost to send outside US?
- It depends on which shipping method you would like us to use. For USPS International Priority the cost is $23 to Canada and $29 for everywhere else. Priority shipping offers fast deliveries to most countries. However, since Priority mail does not offer insurance automatically, we can not guarantee delivery and will not replace the items if they are lost or broken.
- For USPS International Express, the cost is $29 to Canada and $38 everywhere else. Express shipping guarantees fast and secure deliveries to most countries. We will replace lost or damaged items at no cost to you if you choose this option.
- If your order is $150 or more, the shipping is free if you are within the U.S. If you live outside the U.S., you'll receive $10 discount on shipping if your order is $150 or more.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
- Since we always process your order within two business day, US orders generally will arrive in 2-5 business days. For international orders, it depends on where you live. Customs often opens and inspects packages which inevitably causes delays. Once your package leaves the US, the delivery time depends on your local postal service. However, we will send a tracking number to you by email when your order is shipped.
I live in the United States. So why haven’t I received my package yet?
- If you type in an address that the US Postal Service computer system does not recognize, we will have send your order manually which will cause delays. Also, if you live in a college dormitory, you may experience delays unless you can provide us with the street address of your dormitory. You may also experience delays if your address is not accurate. Please make sure that you have typed your address accurately or the US Postal Service computer system will not recognize your address. It’s a good idea to double check for typos after you’ve typed your address on our payment form.
Do you offer mail order service?

Yes. You can browse our store at www.stlocarina.com to choose your ocarina. Once you have chosen your ocarina, please send us your payment (bank checks or money orders only) to St. Louis School of Music, P.O. Box 28384, St. Louis, MO 63146 USA

All checks should be made out to The St. Louis School of Music. Also, remember to include shipping and handling costs in your payment. If you live in the United States, please add $9 for shipping and handling if your order is less than $149. If your order is $150 and above, then shipping is free (US orders only).
